Hi, I’m Erin, a certified personal trainer through NASM since 2023. Before I found my passion for fitness, I spent almost two decades working in management and marketing. Stepping away from the corporate world made me realize how much it was affecting my overall health, and I knew it was time to make a change.

I started working part-time at a big-box gym while earning my certification, and that’s when I discovered how much I love helping others reach their fitness goals. After gaining experience at multiple gyms, I now coach at a private location, where I’m able to provide more personalized guidance to my clients.

I’m passionate about encouraging others to begin and stay motivated on their fitness journeys. I know how intimidating even the most “judgement-free” spaces can feel, and I’m here to help you learn the basics, build your confidence, and continue your journey independently.

Personally, I incorporate cannabis into my fitness routine, using it as a pre-workout to enhance my mind-body connection and stay focused. I also educate others on how to safely use cannabis in their wellness routines to help them unlock its potential in fitness.
